- Correction of building's Life Safety System, (This included design of a partial fire sprinkler system by fully sprinkling all public and common areas and installing one sprinkler head above each entry apartment door.
- Provide Fire Alarm DWG'S to comply with Engineered Life Safety Systems Agreement
- Provide Mechanical pressurization for noncompliant stairwell
- Provide FD/SD at all corridor A/C Unit supply
- Seal all opening to corridor from apartments
- Fire stop any existing opening to egress corridor
