  • Correction of building's Life Safety System, this included design of a partial Fire Sprinkler System by fully sprinkling all public and common areas and installing one sprinkler head above each entry apartment doors.
  • Provide Fire Alarm DWG'S to comply with Engineered Life Safety Systems agreement
  • Provide mechanical pressurization for noncompliant East Stairwell
  • Seal air opening to corridor from apartment
