Project Description
Construction: Envelope & Electrical Repairs on Building 1001, 1007, 1015 & Shed B Shed B: Concrete Restoration of the exterior Building, Painting, Fire Proofing of the exterior Walkways, Fire Proofing of the interior columns of the building, demo existing exterior roof, remove metal deck, Sand Blast Steel Beams and install with new, Electrical Panels and lighting restoration. Building 1001, 1007 & 1015: Exterior waterproofing, Chiller tower columns and beam concrete restoration, HVAC relocate existing Chill Water Lines, limited installation of Rigid Duct Work and Painting.
